Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
Compressed natural gas (CNG) as its name suggests, is the same natural gas compressed to a high pressure. Typical storage pressure is 250 bar, although for most cars and vans this is only 200 bar. At 250 bar pressure the storage capacity per volume is approximately half that of LNG. However, CNG has an infinite storage life and can be stored in four different types of cylinder, ranging from steel to full composite structure.
Depending on your requirement we are able to provide advice on the types, cost and capacity of the containment.
